My Story

Passion for Real Estate

Jose Ruiz is a seasoned real estate professional with close to two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. He began his career in Los Angeles (2002–2012), where he built a strong foundation working with traditional sales, short sales, and REO properties as part of a high-performing team. During this time, he earned the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, demonstrating his commitment to serving the senior community with care and expertise.

In 2019, Jose brought his experience to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he quickly established himself as a top-performing agent. Over the past several years, he has successfully closed dozens of transactions while also expanding into commercial real estate, further broadening the value he brings to his clients.

Today, Jose is not only a producing agent but also a team leader, running a growing real estate team focused on serving first-time homebuyers and the Hispanic community. Fluent in Spanish, he provides a strong cultural connection and clear communication that helps clients feel confident throughout the entire process.

Jose’s leadership extends beyond his business. He served as the 2025 President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Salt Lake City Chapter, where he played a key role in promoting homeownership, education, and professional growth within the community.

Known for his strong work ethic, straight-forward approach, and commitment to results, Jose has built a reputation for getting things done while putting his clients’ best interests first.

Outside of real estate, Jose enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
